We are currently taking listings for properties in U.S., Canada, U.K., Jamaica & U.A.E. We encourage our clients to write in and let us know what countries they would like to see added to PropertyFreaks.com. Although we are a North American based company and therefore have a natural emphasis on listings within this area, we are open to many different countries where there is a demand for our service.

If I am not using an agent, how do I get my property valued?
You can contact your local property appraiser to review prices of similar properties in your area. This can be done via the internet at your local property appraiser's website or in person at your local property appraiser's office.

What is the cost to use the website?
Currently it is free to search and list properties. You can do the following at no cost.
> list your property (to maintain the integrity of properties on our website, ALL submissions are subject to approval)
> Search for properties
> Search and list Finance and Property Management companies
> Search and list Fire Sale items

There is a fee of $9.99 USD per listing per month to add video to your profile.

By default, PropertyFreaks.com is the direct contact for properties listed on the site. If there is an interest in the property, we contact the listing source and connect the Seller with the Buyer. If a property is Sold or Rented through PropertyFreaks.com, the following marketing fees apply:

> Short Term Rentals - 10% of the monthly rental cost
> Long Term Rentals - one month rental fee
> Properties with a selling value of $1.00 to $500,000.00 - 1.5% of the SOLD value
> Properties with a selling value of $501,000.00 and higher - 1% of the SOLD value

If you desire to list a property and DO NOT want PropertyFreaks.com as the direct contact, there is a listing fee of $99.00 per month.

How long does my listing stay live for?
You determine how long your listing will be posted. We do ask that you remove your property as soon as it is sold or rented, or inform us so that we can remove it for you. This is so our listings are kept as up to date as possible.

Do I need to register to use this site?
Part of the site can be accessed without registering. However, there are times when we need to identify you in order to enable the correct fulfillment of a particular service.

Is PropertyFreaks.com a Realty Company?
PropertyFreaks.com is NOT a Real Estate Company or a Financial Lending Institution, but we do use the services of Licensed Realtors and Financial Institutions. We are Internet Marketers for Realtors, For Sale by Owners, Investors, Renters, Brokers, Home Buyers, Financial & Property Management companies, and anyone else interested in anything Real Estate. Can I Partner with PropertyFreaks.com?
Yes, we do have Partner opportunities with PropertyFreaks.com. You earn money with PropertyFreaks.com by referring ready, willing, and able, buyers. We offer two exciting packages for PropertyFreaks.com Marketing Partners.

1. Basic - Marketing Partner shall receive 20% of net proceeds for each closed transaction acquired from that lead. A lead consists of a ready, willing and able buyer generated by the Marketing Partner.

2. Advanced - Marketing Partner shall receive 40% of net proceeds for each monitored closed transaction acquired from that lead. A monitored transaction consists of but is not limited to: pre-qualifying a ready, willing, and able buyer and follow up from deal structuring & negotiating to disbursement of funds.
